I purchased a server transfer yesterday (about 18 hours ago) and despite the estimated time for transfer being 5 minutes the transfer is still taking place / character is still locked.
I’ve checked my account and viewed payments, the server transfer is listed there as complete so I think it could possibly be an in-game issue.
Any help regarding this would be appreciated.
