Hello, yesterday i have purchased character transfer from Mirage Raceway to Mograine, status of order is ‘complete’ on account info, but when i log into game, my character is still on Mirage Raceway, and there is nothing going on, not even badge for the transfer, or some info that it is in process. I can log in to character without problems. I don’t know what to do now, can i play on that character, do i have to wait or what is going on? Did anyone had the same issue?

The same happened to me. I purchased a transfer yesterday, and the transaction is under “complete” status, the money was taken from my account, but nothing happened. I even opened a ticket with support only to get a status that the average response time is 13 days… What the heck is Blizzard doing.
