Issues with healing

Hey guys,
I’ve noticed that some classes (mainly DKs and Shamans) become gray at random and become inhealable. This is in M+ so you can guess how good it is for the timer. My friend who heals as a Priest has also noticed this.
Do you know what causes this? Or if we are missing something that needs to be dispelled (highly unlikely).

P.S. - It’s happened in all dungeons.

They probably died and their necrolord soulbind is keeping them alive until the cheat death timer runs out.
