Why this activate (Focus) only for 4sec ? not for 6 sec (Spell Focus Trigger) ?
Bug ? wrong Effect ? with less of time ?
Not aware of any issues with this item however if you believe it to be bugged then please bug report it in-game.

You really dont see that Duration ? its different ? Spell Focus Trigger 6 sec (but activate Focus and that have duration only 4 sec ?
It’s a pity that links to Wowhead TBC cannot be inserted here, it is clearly written there.
Both must be SAME 6 Sec and 6 Sec not 6 Sec and 4 Sec (aplly buff)
HOW TO FIX ? Easy : Just add to Focus +2 Sec

He did not say its not bugged, because thats not his job to decide if something is bugged or not. Nor is it his job to care if its bugged or not, those are the jobs of the developers, of which, the forum moderator is not one.
His job is to direct you to the correct avenue to report it for investigation, which he did, and got shouted at for doing his job.
Now if you believe that it is bugged, then report it in-game so that the people qualified to make that assessment are aware of it, and can actually make that assessment.
