So I have tried sending items links in chat messages in trade, looking for guild, say chat and guild chat, and the item link doesn’t show. It only tells you the item name. For example if I was to shift click ‘Runecloth’ it won’t link the actual item, it will only say the name without link.
I got my other guildmates to try and it happened with them too

I can confirm links don’t work at all
doesnt work here either its making me crazy! anyone else having problems? Tried everything!
Everybody is, Blizzard aren’t in a rush to fix it.
At this point after 2 weeks maybe it will not be fix. During Cataclysm Classic a lot of bugs has never been fixed, so it is what is it.
At this point I have kind of lost any hope in this getting fixed anytime soon. Does anyone know if there is any addon that could work as a replacement? Even if it is just visible by those using the addon it is still better than nothing and could work for guilds and friends.
