Have you found a solution for this bug with itmlvl?
atleast i havent seen nothing about it, still not picked anything from any of my vautls either 
seems like a beta test yes
i havenât taken the item out of my vault either.
opened a ticket since wednesday at noon, no response yet.
unacceptable. the lads on the US have the same issues.
and blizz is focusing on the trading post, which could have gone live in a week or a month and people wouldnât have cared either way.

sockets for this week might be the best choise then if it takes till next reset to get reply on ticket XD
I got a reply to my ticket:
"Sorry to hear you were having trouble with the your Vault item.
Weâve implemented a fix that has resolved most cases, the item level will become what it should be once the itemâs upgraded.
There are a few cases that still have issues and cannot be upgraded or receive sockets, but we have another fix planned for those next week."
i picked up the item, the upgrade track is now there. it is 4/9 and ilvl 382 though, so i think it will only be fixed when upgraded further, else it stays at base item level.
