Item level on legendaries is wrong for me

Hello,

I’m a returning player who played between 2005-2020. I love Timewalking and maxing my characters to the limits but I have a slight problem with my legendaries, namely the Dragonwrath staff, Shadowmourne, Thori’dal, Thunderfury, Warglaives of Azzinoth and Golad & Tiriosh (Dragon Soul Rogue daggers). They are all at an extremely low ilvl around ilvl 30-38, when they are supposed to be at a much higher ilvl around ilvl 100, when they drop or is acquired from quests.

I Googled about this issue and apparently it’s a bug that hasn’t been fixed yet. Wondering if there are any news on if Blizzard may actually fix this, or if someone knows of a solution? Submit a ticket maybe? I don’t want to farm these again, nor can I because I have already completed the quests to obtain some of them and it’s obviously impossible to do the quests again.

There is no point submitting a ticket for a bug. This is not something a GM can assist you with.

If it’s a bug it need a Dev to fix the issue in order for it to work. In game bug reports are how we let Blizzard know about bugs in the game.

Most of us just do old legendary runs for the appearances/achievements. You were actually wanting to use the items? Is this for a twink? With scaling I thought twinking was much less popular.

Item level originally was decided by a hidden formula. Now it is assaigned, as far as i know.
At 9.4.5 (or around it) they crunched everything by alot, which messed up everything.

So no, they wont fix it. Not at least anytime soon.
