Anyone else notice that between 10-14 bracket all end of dungeon loot is 392 , Now not being the best players in the world and the friends I run with are all average players so gear upgrades would help us progress but we are finding that there is very few places to get any upgrades within a suitable time frame (Lets be honest farming 10 Primal focus and 100 primal chaos for every armor slot is not really a viable solution) pretty damned hard.
I am wondering why we are expected to do 4 whole key levels with 0 upgrades from end of dungeon is this a strategy just to get people to farm Primal Focus from 11 to get 405,s crafted (If you can find someone who can even craft them)
Please Blizzard make the dungeon loot scale with dungeons its not really fair on the “average” players to expect them to do more dps without an increase in power (cept for vault loot) to basically keyclimb.
So please make the 10-12 brackets drop 395 and 12-14 - 398 or give us another way to break the 392 Item Level stagnation.
Its not like doing a 13 out of time rewards you anything better than a 11 out of time so why bother with 13 except for the vault ?? So unless you have someone who has regular access to 15,s to help you skip over this 10-14,s you simply cannot keep gearing in a timely fashion once you hit 10,s
I know we have the Valor system to help with gear upgrades but again this is drip fed to you and then it,s tied to rating and without getting decent times on the keys you cannot get the rating required to upgrade to a decent level , Lets be honest 1000 valor for a weapon upgrade (there goes my weekly allowance of valor…).
Even an increase of valor allowance per week like 3k per week would be a reasonable solution at least this would enable us to upgrade multiple items per week and slowly increase item level without the need to increase item level drops.
yes indeed, 10-14 bracket for weak people is dead, 392 too low, no valor to improve gear, 398-408 gear from vault is too low, you can stuck there forever, because you wont be invited in 16 keys , and you cant start your own key cause nobody to play with, mostly there weak people,and this keys still hard and requiring some skill and gear but not rewarding at all, this is because we have 20 keys range now
thats expantion not for weak players, you go cybersport zoomer or go home, thats too bad
weak players could overgear stuff in previous expantions, now game not rewarding at all
and don’t forget that all these “great” items won’t do you any good, because almost all dungeons are unplayable with them!
We only have usable dps from raid gear, weekly vaults and crafts with +16 mats…
as a holy pala i also have to have a very high ilvl because my heals are embarrassingly low. and that’s why there is almost never a holy pala in middle m+ keys.
I have been shouting on my realm AD for 3 days trying to get 405 wrists crafted but seems that no one has actually levelled Garmentcrafting (Wrists) specifically.
So you are still limited to what people have decided to learn and lets be honest most fo them will go into what appears to be most profitable and that would be spellthreads, and various other things.
You can’t even put a personal order x-realm for items.
I have a tailor myself but I have done what a lot of other people have done spent the points in the wrong things and now have 0 upgrades to craft becasue I dont have renown and not paying 50k+ for a recipe just to get points (and waste sparks).
Its not about “overgearing” things its about natural progression, If you spend 30+ minutes in a dungeon you expect a reward not “heres another 392” especially if you are doing content that is considered harder than lower ie LFR is less than Normal Raid and Heroic Raid is higher than both of those.
Can you imagine the screams if raid bosses in LFR dropped the same item level as Heroic raid ? This isnt acceptable in the raid so why is it acceptable to expect people to do harder M+ content for 0 upgrades?
Yes and primal focus is USELESS if you cannot get something crafted because a majority of people have either spent their crafting points in other area’s. As stated 3 days searching for someone to craft 405 cloth wrists… to which I still do not have (376 in slot) Sure i could farm 392 wrists from M+ but then whats the purpose of Primal Focus?
So i can upgrade my vault item (Big deal I can potentially get 1 upgrade per week which then as I acquire 1 item every week this would rely upon not getting the same slots offered as I already have previously taken)
You want a 405 neck crafted no problem 100,s of people taken lariat crafting you want some cloth items crafted well good luck on that most of them haven’t taken garmentcrafting.
Maybe they should give people doing Heroic raid some form of pointless currency instead of actual loot, You killed raid boss here have 2 primal focus and a upgraded vault slot.
What items did you get crafted and the fact you have 418,s crafted implies you are doing 15+ keys so you are not really stuck in the 10-14 bracket. You cannot get 418,s from 11-14 because you need Concentrated Primal Focus which drops in 15+ so your point isn’t really valid.
For a vault you need to do a high key though. So it must be doable to walk the ladder by end of dungeon gear. And there is a 11-14 bracket which does not give upgrades.
So whats the purpose of them if they are just “vault fillers”? and if this is the case why do every other key levels drop items of higher item levels?
If its not a gear mill then the same must apply to anywhere where items with higher item levels than 392 drop so I could accept this if the following didnt apply
1 : Raid drops higher than 392 (With the exception of the first few bosses)
2 : Keys above 15 drop higher than 392
3 : Keys below 10 have incremental Item level increase.
So unless you can explain why this is the case
So even at 15 keys you still get 405 currencys LOL
Again the reward in m+ is offset to the vault because you can’t have infinite high item drops. It’s nerfed on purpose.
Of course not, but raid was never an offender to the loot eco system. It always rewarded you with 2 item per week on everage.
yeah. its huge problem for low population realms. i took me more then a week to find people for 4x crafted items. and rollen them to 418. and still have this people as contacts.
