somehow i cant link items in the chat when i add text after it like this: “[Item name] blablabal” when i do this the text simply wont show up. i tried disableing all addons and my chat window is set to interacteble. When i only paste the link and press enter it does work however.

You’ve mentioned pasting links - what happens when you shift-click an item to link it - are you able to type text after it then?
You said you disabled addons, can you also try fully removing the addons too?(disabled addons are still loaded into the game)
