Item missing from restoration page, HELP!

Hello,

I am going through a very painful situation which is really affecting my game experience. I unfortunately deleted a weapon before going to bed on the 9th October, a two-hands epic Axe. I usually go on the restoration page but it is not showing anywhere and i am really struggling right now. No one has been helping and this is really affecting my game experience. Could you please help me ?

Colossal Skull-Clad Cleaver is the name of the item.

I am sorry to hear you are having a bit of trouble with your items. Unfortunately we are not able to restore items directly ourselves. Our self service restoration page is available to help you out at any time though! :slight_smile:

You can use our Item Restoration page to restore sold, destroyed, or disenchanted items. You will receive the restored items in your character’s mailbox. You can find this page here:

If you are having trouble finding your character or even the right account, please log out of your Blizzard account completely on the webpage and clear your browser cache and cookies before logging back in. That should update it accordingly and allow you to select your desired account and character.

Note that the item restoration service uses the logs to recover your items. Only items that were recently lost can be recovered. For more information on the limitations, refer to:

Reopen your ticket and refer to the blue-post above which literally recommends players to create tickets for item restoration in Wotlk classic at the moment, since the system is broken.

Why did you even delete it? It’s not temporary storage for items.

Did you try this?

This is the link and I find putting it in the ticket helps.

The restore is working perfectly for me on an item deleted on the 7th of October, maybe try another browser or another device.

Thanks guys, i have reopened a ticket. A very annoying problem and long lasting !
