I have items I need to restore, but my pages are blank.
It can take a few minutes to list your characters.
Characters are getting listed instantly but the pages where all items are listed are blanked out. 7 out of 7 pages are blank. On every character listed, the pages are blank. There has to be an issue from Blizzard’s side.
Unless the items were deleted some time ago. I think it’s 3 months.
The only thing I can suggest is that you open a ticket.

Sorry to hear that you’re having troubles restoring some items on the site.
We don’t seem to have any known issue with the restoration site at the moment, could you try using another browser and see if it works please? Alternatively, try to clear the cookies/cache of your current browser, and deactivate any adblocker that you could be running.

Same problem, tried different broswers, PC’s - this has been going on for months. Just search the blizzard support forum, there are loads of people with similar issues.
Therein lies the problem, the forums are not a valid bug reporting route. Bugs must be reported correctly, or Blizzard will nto be aware of them.
Bugs, even website related, should be reported in-game, as that delivers the report directly to the developers who need to know about it.
If you’d bothered to look at any of those posts you would see loads of people have reported it correctly, via raising a ticket etc and Blizzard give generic replies, referals to website articles, anything they can rather than fix the issue.
Tickets aren’t valid bug reports either lol.

Whether i use my phone,pc, all possible connections (my provider,wifi cable,4g phone hotspot) and browsers (safari,chrome,edge,opera) classic era items cant be seen although there are multiple pages listed, none appear its been like this for months and nobody solved it, thought it may be due to server cloning but thats just a wild guess but as of right now you can restore anything it seems, atleast on eu servers that is.
