I accidentally disenchanted an item in Burning Crusade classic and the item restoration page does not show it. Are you not able to restore disenchanted items in classic Wow?
Several people have posted about this and the recommendation from a blue poster was to make a ticket to see if a GM can fix it.
i have now gotten two similar responses where GMs have stated that if the item restoration page does not have the item, they cannot restore it. They said that items that cannot be restored are permanently lost and that Customer Support doesn’t restore World of Warcraft items.
The item restoration page doesn’t have any of my disenchanted items on it. I still have the enchanting materials I got from it.
You have to be persistent and explain it’s the disenchanting. You can link the blue post telling people they need to ticket for this - Disenchanted Demon Forged Breastplate can't restore - #2 by Mosinathus
