Item Restoration Issue

Good Morning

I have been trying to do the item restoration for 2 days now on this little guy, sadly for the past two days what would be the items are just “Loading”. I have 7 pages worth of stuff to restore but all say Loading and all of them are classed as consumables.
Tried to filter weapons, which is what I am after and no items matched my search.

Seems to be just on this toon, tried my alt hunter and that works fine as did my warrior.

Noticed someone posted about the same thing two weeks ago but no one commented.

Hey Lykol,

Could you please try the following and see if they help with your issue :

Try accessing the page using a different device if possible (Use your phone if you have the issue on your PC and vice versa)
Clear your current browser’s cache and cookies
Try a different browser
Try using a different device/network

This should hopefully resolve the issue for you!

Just been to check it the way I have been and its finally worked

Not a clue what happened but hey ho its now working.

I followed the recommended steps but contrary to OP nothing has changed on my end.

Hi,

Same issue here. Tried everything mentioned above but none of it works. Items are not able to load. It’s stays on “loading” forever. Not working on my phone either.

Also having same issue tried all of the above just seems to be one of my characters that is effected

Same issue here.
No items load, everything is marked as a consumable, and no restoration available.

Tried 2 different computers, 3 different browsers, and my phone. Same issue on all devices.

Tried again today and it worked. Items loaded as usual.

It seems to be random then? I don’t know, I tried what they suggested and it didn’t work for me either.

So I went in to check today and it worked for me, but only the 1st page. Every other page did the same thing where it keeps loading.

It’s odd to me that the 1st page works and no matter how long I wait, nothing happens on the other pages.

Same issue here items will not load. Tried on multiple devices.
