Yo, item restoration is not working, server returns 502 server error when selecting any character (with restorable items). Also, support is not loading in game at all.

I am using Firefox but it might be worth just trying another browser if you’re having problems, delete your cache too to refresh it all.
Caches and browsers will not solve a server error (even though i did desperately try). If i were to guess I’d say selling like 200 items beforehand had something to do with it. If any at support is listening I’d just like to have my Prized Gladiator’s Staff back, kthxbai.
Thanks all, we’re aware of several self-service options having trouble to load at the moment, and the relevant teams are working on it already.

I was running old raids with my main character and selling the trash loot to NPCs. At one point, I had to unequip my weapons to reduce a boss’s HP to 20%, and I accidentally sold them as well.
When I try to use the Item Restoration page and click on my main character, the page doesn’t load and I get a 502 server error.
This doesn’t happen with my other characters—only my main one is affected.
I submitted a ticket, but I was told that they couldn’t help me.
I’ve tried different browsers, incognito mode, cleared cache and cookies—nothing works. I still get the same result.

I know it has been a recurring issue for some time though and we continue to work on improvements to prevent it in the future, but for now don’t hesitate to start a new thread if you start running into troubles again.
