Trying to view the items I have available for restoration, but while the pages load, no items are actually visible. The page says ‘Showing 1-10 of 82 results’ (for example), but there are no items to view. Tried the other pages and each one has the same problem; no visible items from which to choose.
Is this a result of the server problems earlier today, or is something else broken? Tried different browsers on different machines, but no difference.
Same issue for me. I happened to me a few months ago as well. Trying to contact support but the circle on the submit button just goes around and around.
I disenchanted some items and the total shown has increased so that number is being retrieved OK but something is going wrong retrieving the item details.
IR page is mostly unusable. On a rare occasion when it manages to load properly it is impossible to find stuff among 50 pages of garbage without any filters or search options. A user unfriendly mess of a page just as the whole process of trying to open up a ticket when your problem doesn’t seem to fall in any of the offered categories so when I’m finished presenting my case I doubt it even reaches the correct person who might be able to help.
Looks like its working again, at least for me. Shame the item I wanted to restore (5* Spring-Loaded Khaz’gorite Fabric Cutters) isn’t listed
