i want to know why right now i cant restore my items i have deleted for several of my characters. It says " it s restricted to 5". But 1 month ago when i did it for the characters of my other account there was not such a restriction. Right now i payed new subscription, i then tried to restore the items of the characters and popped that restriction. WHY??? So, what do you expect me to do? Gearing again all my characters? From the start?
Because there should be a warning in item restoration page that a new restriction is applied. But there is none. Still it says
"Twenty-four-hour cooldown .You can restore items once every twenty four hours per character. "
WRONG!!! only 5 of them.
You know item restoration is not a bank slot. it is a mechanism to fix mistakes. Deleting >5 items from several characters does not sound like a mistake to me.

Maybe it’s because of the 24 hours cooldown, it used to be 7 days.

Do you realize i was able to restore 50 items 3 weeks ago but they suddenly changed it? Without a warning? And i didnt delete them by mistake and surely this is not my post point.
I fully realize it. You used the system for something it was not intended for, and rules got changed - partly to prevent exactly that as I understand Blizzard’s comment.

Nope, if they permitted to restore 50 items in the past, there would be a reason. That reason now is ignored and you say the system as existed was not as intended for, but it is now. This is just absurd: You actually say, you cant use the system when it offers you 50 items because although it is pemitted its not what it s intented for. And the moment you use it then the system changes. lol…
Stop putting words in my mouth; I never said that.
You abused the system, and rules got changed to prevent - or at least minimize the abuse, and you got mad. Get over it.

I didnt abuse the system if the system by itself permitted 50 items in the first place. If they consider 50 items is too much, then they shouldn’t give the opportunity to be restored as many in the first place. Not punish you when you do it. Stop the crap.
Blizzard obviously thought the system was not used for it’s intended purpose so they changed it. Why did you delete lots of items if you were going to unsubscribe in the first place? Not like the items would “wear out” if they were being unused without deleting.
Of course they thought exactly as you say. But it seems they were thinking differently 3 weeks ago.
Because i can. And the system permitted me to do so as well as to restore them any time i want.
I guess this could be described as a learning experience for you. Service called “Item restoration” is not called a “Pawn shop” for a reason.

Hey Alloktonos,
The current limit is indeed 5 items within a 24 hour period. We have updated our support site to reflect this change. While we used to allow more items to be restored, it looks like some players were being a bit too creative with how they used this system.
I’m not sure what you’re referring to here? The 24 hour cooldown hasn’t changed.
