As title says, im having a problem with the item restoration tool. I disenchanted by mistake an item i wanted, and its imposible to recover because some pages of the tool are not loading. The items are there, the exact date and number of items, but its just stuck loading forever.
No matter what device or browser i use, its always the same. Also i tried diferent hours to see if it is a big load problem but is not.
Do you have the same problem?

Do keep in mind that it will probably take over a week to get a reply, so if it’s something you’d replace before then it’s not going to be worth it. I hope you can still manage in the meantime!
Over a week customer service response time, hours and hours of queues, hundred of bugs on a 15 year old game that costs 13 eur/month.
Then you have any other f2p game, with more than double or triple player base, with none of the above.

Usually it’s a day but several things all happened at the same time which people are making tickets about. Unfortunately most of them can’t be solved by CS (such as people ticketing for a beta key or because of classic queues or to report bugs). Things like this can’t be solved by GMs, but they still have to read the tickets to make sure it’s not something they can do. Reading hundreds of pointless tickets takes up time so people with genuine problems have to wait.
That said, have you tried all the suggestions on the link in Tyrskorn’s post? It will be quicker if one works. If not, open the ticket and keep it open. Don’t delete/remake it or you go to the back of the queue again.
I opened the ticket 3 days ago, i guess i have to wait another 7 days because the average time response is 10-11 days. And yes, i already tried all the suggestions Tyrskorn made, and much before i opened this thread. I tried the FAQ things, another threads suggestions, even i tested it creating hundreds of objects ingame and selling them to see if somehow creating more pages on the restore item tool would fix it, but no, the problem persists. The same 5 pages of the things i disenchanted 02 oct are stuck loading.

I have the exact same problem, many many pages just stuck in “loading” which is really annoying because I need to restore an important item but because its just loading I cant seem to do it, I tried yesterday and also today but it doesnt work.
Mantastylè i read somewhere that if you create a ticket related to payment issues they read it the same day.
Other things can wait, but make cash is priority. Im thinking of putting a ticket there to see what happens
AAAAannnnddddd thus we see why the ticket queues are so unbelievably wrong. People misclassifying their issues to try and skip to the head of the queue with what is a very minor issue.
I did not, and im not going to do it. But waiting days for a ticket and receiving a bot response telling me to read the faq again, and back to the start of the queue again is frustrating and underwhelming.

If you reopen the ticket rather than starting a new one, you may get a quicker response.

Bumping for visibility. I have the same issue, some pages can load items, but most can’t. A lot of people I speak to have the same issue. I tried a different browser, I tried clearing cache, I tried accessing it on my phone. Nothing works.
I also noticed that, as I disenchant more items, the working pages change, but over the past few days they’ve always showed mostly the same items, but sometimes another one pops up because it’s just in range of said page. This makes me think it’s specific items that prevent the entire page from loading.
I think it’s the Northrend Adventuring Supplies you create after tanking/healing a heroic dungeon (when you loot specific items from it and then delete the bag itself with some of its content remaining) that’s causing the issue, but I’m not entirely sure and there’s no real way to test it.
Edit: Found a way to test this. I disenchanted 10 blue items I bought on the auction house and the first page showed properly again. Deleted 2 partially emptied normal dungeon boxes and it still showed as normal. Then I deleted a heroic dungeon box after taking the mana potions for it and suddenly my first page was broken.
Same problem here, made a ticket and got a response extremely fast which just told me they cannot restore items manually (lie) and that I have to use the tool (which is bugged obviously).
Anyway, I bought a lot of junk from the AH and tried disenchanting those to push the item I wanted back to another page that was working. This started off as a failure and bugged ALL of the pages, but eventually pages 5 and + started loading again and after disenchanting enough greens, the ring I wanted showed up on page 5 and I got it back.

Im op, i cant use the same character idk why.
I tried that, crafted like 200 lvl 7 wands with enchanting and sold them all, but it did nothing. SOMETIMES it pushes a couple of items but i have bugged like 5 pages so it does not work for me
Also i have the ticket open for 2 weeks and still no response 
Anyways i see that the ticket will not be resolved, so thanks, i can stop waiting now
