How is this Item Restoration not working when GM tells me in a ticket that only way i can restore my lost item is via that service but literally does not even work.
Is this really worth 13€ a month?
P.S I made a ticket about this and average wait time is 17 Days. Nice.

Support is actually free.
The 13 euros a month is for the right to play. So yes, as long as you are able to play, its worth 13 euros a month.
The GM is also largely correct. Blizzard implemented a self service system, for the restoration of items, probably in order to free up some GM tickets by letting players restore their own items.
Unless you SPECIFICALLY told him that the item restoration service isn’t working for you, then his reply is entirely correct.
