tried twice now to restore an item and it’s not getting mailed to me.

Yep, same happened to me. Had to log a ticket for a GM to manually send me the items.
tried a 3rd time still no luck.
Same for me on my Druid. Restored two times, got no ingame Mail 
This is really not acceptable, no mail, no notification, nothing. Q&A got really bad unfortunately. The final nail in the coffin for me personally to not renew my subscription.
Can’t even access the page, I think they brought it down.
tried for the 4th time still item not restored does blizz want us to waste games masters time or are you going to fix this feature.
this company is falling apart at the seams if it was an energy supplier we would allreadsy have switched.
I restored a few items last week. Only one was mailed back to me, the rest of the items seems to be lost forever. Was just a few pieces to artificially increase my ilvl, so nothing major, but still a bit weird since the system allows you to select more than 1 item to restore. Then you kinda assume it will work.
