Since season 1 started yesterday, my reduced cost of gear upgrades is only local to character and not account, I upgraded 2 characters before season 1 with reduced cost all the way equal to my main, but this is no longer working.
Is there something I am missing or is it bugged?
Same here! Made an ingame report yesterday concerning several issues - this was one of them. Sure hope they fix it soon… its a s*** ton of valorstones out the window 
Playing 4 chars atm, and the discount has been working on 3 of them since the start, but for some reason it havent worked on my druid for half the items 
yup, 1 of my friends has the same issue, but others is working fine.
