Greetings everybody. I have a very strange problem going on to me right now and i was wondering, whether this happened to you guys too.
I like collections and I always keep the items I get for possible upgrade option to receive a higher item level (next transmog tier). So for example on last season (s1 tww), I’d go from a 593 item level (lfr) and upgrade it to a 597 (normal). That way I would get both lfr and normal tier transmog from one specific item.
Now… I was playing a mage and got a sweet normal belt. It was a warlock tier belt (Stone Gaze Ceinture), so I decided to upgrade this item from normal to heroic (610+). I didn’t recive the heroic transmog though. I decided to upgrade it further, thinking maybe I forgot what the heroic item level starts at, but I still didn’t recive the transmog. I equipped the belt and removed the transmog I had on this item and noticed, it didn’t change its look in difficulty and was still assigned as normal even with its heroic item level. How is that possible? Any raid class item I got whether it was the priest gloves or the warlock boots, I was always able to turn the lfr to normal, normal to heroic or even heroic to mythic. I don’t have this belt in my collections yet and I have had this item in my backpack/void storage for more than 2 months now. What happened? I am a collector and would really like this belt, because I love the look of it and have some good transmog ideas for it. Since my first ticket, the gm’s said, that many players reported this issue and that it is currently being worked on, but since then I see no progress, so I decided to kindly ask them what to do in this situation. They couldn’t help me at all, so I am asking you guys. Anyone has similar or the same experience? And what did/would you do in this situation? Thanks a lot. <3
