Item Upgrades doesn't work

i bought today (in 10.0.5 patch) one-hand Axe weapon Drakebreaker’s Hacker 2x on my alt.
i have 14 Trophy of Strife which is 7 per one weapon and it says = This item cannot be upgraded.
it is in the new system 1/2 from 408 to 421 ilvl but it is just not working since morning here… any hotfix soon? thanks :3

same here.Not only on your server.Cannot upgrade the item.

Same problem here. The usual vendor for upgrading that gear is no longer a ‘vendor’, just offers quests and the upgrade guy tells me this item cannot be upgraded (even though it’s showing level 1 out of 2).

Same here. Trying to upgrade both pve and pvp Drakebreaker gear does not work. Old vendor not upgrading since patch. Corxian does not upgrade blue gear either. So buying blue Drakebreaker set is basicly the stupidiest thing you can do today.

i believe there will be a hotfix and we all can upgrade the gear soon

Just saw this on [UPDATED 25 JANUARY] Dragonflight: 10.0.5 Content Update Notes

nice so we got scammed… cant upgrade anymore

  • War Mode and Primal Storms gear will no longer be upgradeable by trading gear and upgrade currency (Trophies of Strife/Storm Sigils) at the vendors. These items will use the other item upgrade vendors that Valor, Honor, and Conquest gear currently use (ex: Corxian in the Gladiator’s Refuge).
    • Malicia in the Gladiator’s Refuge was the vendor for War Mode Upgrades.
    • Rethelshi in the Sapphire Enclave was the vendor for Primal Infused gear.
  • War Mode and Primal Storms gear obtained at level 70 prior to this patch will still be upgradeable. However, War Mode gear obtained pre-level 70 won’t be upgradeable. Pre-level 70 gear obtained after this patch will be upgradeable.

good news - update: now in germany time 1:01am its finally working and i upgraded the 2 weapons from 366 to 385 for 7 trophy of strife each, Pog
