Items and embellishments (JC)

I have specced into necklaces with my jewelcrafter with the plan of being maxxed out on necklaces.

I have created myself a Torc of passed time (level 3) and put two gem slots on it

on reset today i got the knowledge points to embellish my item further, so i went to re-craft to add an embellishment.

I bought the item to put on, went to craft and it took all my items except the embellishment and returned it

can i not have extra gem slots and an embellishment?

i wish there was someway this sort of stuff was documented…

created a ticket and after hours of waiting got an automated response without anyone looking at it and then closed… i mean what even is that…any other company and that would be unacceptable.

not sure whats wrong with it but im in the same boat , i tried to apply an embellishment on my neck and it say that it cannot be applied on a recraft … i hope this is an oversight and maybe gets fixed if not this is just bull… wasted spark on a neck and from next reset we get a better world drop neck makeing the one we just crafted uterrly dog…
