Items from m+ becomes soulbound instantly

I got 620 ilvl on my DK… helping my brother out in an m+ (4) dawnbreaker where an item dropped for me…
I was gonna give it to my brothers character but it instantly turns soulbound as soon as it gets into my bags…

This has now happened in 3 m0 and 2x m+ runs… anyone knows why this might happend?
The items i got are in no way shape or form an upgrade for my character aswell.

If those items aren’t warbound, not to mix with soulbound, and you have higher ilvl than what you got, you should be able to trade them, if you can’t then it’s a bug.

Remember that items like rings or dual weapons require you to have higher ilvl on both slots to be able to trade them.
