So I try to log on to Battlenet and get the above message. Ok, queues can happen, but then, when in queue, the wait time goes up and when you retry you get very different queue times. Ranging from over 400 minutes to 3 minutes.
When you finally get to the end of the queue you get an error.

Update, I did manage to get into Battlenet, but when I press play, I get another queue…

Though I’ve dropped from 616 minutes to 10 minutes now. 
Try cancelling it, worked for me. Seems to be a bit of a hit and miss though, your queue times can go up or down by a lot. I finally got in. I cancelled the login queue as well and got a way shorter queue.

I got in finally, did get a dc message at the character select screen, ignored it. In now, we’ll see how long this lasts.
