The 11.1 patch will soon be here and the whine for the ages will begin. There exists a spec on PTR that at least from my testing, will cause a literal outrage from the pvp masses. Their damage is far too easy to do and is WAAAY too high. Hopefully it gets addressed before the patches launch.

PL BM does a crap ton of damage, but as you know, it is very hard to down, being ranged and all instant casts.
