There is absolutely nothing to do in the game right now.
My character is sitting at 580 ilvl at the moment, and I didn’t even have early access. I just realized that m0 isn’t even releasing with tomorrow’s update?..
What the hell is this blizzard? Give us something to do
And no, I’m not interested in farming cosmetic stuff, mounts and leveling alts. I just play wow for the end-game content and gameplay, which is raiding and doing mythic dungeons with my friends.
If you want to farm mounts and grind achivement points, good for you! Go ahead and do exactly that, having mythic dungeons available doesn’t stop you from unlocking your 18th recolor of the same dragon, or winning gold medal for who can read the most quest text without falling asleep first.
I’m trying to get 3 characters raid ready, I’ve had to do my day job but otherwise been nolifeing it and am only just barely on track. The schedule is kind of fine by me and I totally sympathise with people who have responsibilities and lives of some kind and only have a couple of hours per day.
TLDR Blizzard cannot cater to the nolifers AND the normies. There’s more of the latter so they picked them. Sane choice, imo and I’m quite glad I don’t have to go any harder at it
They can simply release all the content instead of staggering it. Everyone is free to do what they’d like at their own pace. If you want to spend 3 weeks getting heroic dungeon gear that’s great good for you. If someone’s already done with heroics they should be able to move on to mythic, again freedom of choice.
I just can’t. I am so overwhelmed with all the stuff i got to do on main and alts with the season opening looming and this slacker that only does gear farm on one character says he is out of content.
Well dude, if you are only willing to play a part of the game, you will run out of content quickly.
Heck, even if i only did one character and i was ready i would be happy to have the time to relax.
I wish more people thought this way, I genuinely will never understand why people rush to do things like OP for example is MAX HYPER ULTRA GIGA ILVL ready for m0 and then what? you’ll replace all that gear in like a day thanks to m+
I am enjoying my time reading every single quest that I get and if it wasn’t for the fact that the season hasn’t started yet I don’t think I would enjoy doing that as much
by the looks of it it seems to be the exact opposite- nobody cares that you have the patience of a tiktok brained 12 year old that can’t wait 1 week to jump into the zug zug content
Knew this “Farm transmog, achievements and mounts” reply was coming LOL
yeah dude im definitely buying a new expansion to farm transmog and random trash mounts that are just a recolor of some previous used model
Heroics/PVP I did alot and you know yourself that heroics are literally steamrolled in 10 minutes and you probably call this engaging content? Also pvp is garbage and everyone knows this
I dont get this reasoning lol cause you want to chill and read every quest in the game, basically playing single player, the rest of us need to wait for actual content release?
Like I said in a previous topic. I think Blizz waited too long. Sub expires and returning players are bored, because they cant progress. Guess what? They don’t come back. I think its a bad thing in general.
Yep, we have to wait 3 weeks for any actual Pve content because Mr. gamer dad here who only has 25 minutes a day to play the game would feel overwhelmed if there was some content to do.
This is probably an overcorrection to account for the fact they milked the playerbase for early access and non-early access player’s might have complained the disadvantage (and rightly so). But with all that said, I do think it’s probably 1 week too much.
They killed the hype with the split launch and they have killed the hype further with the delayed season 1, a lot of people have stopped playing, I’m on autopilot until the season and not actively playing either.
literally by that logic just buy the game when m0/m+ releases, max a character by dungeon spamming like a monkey and do your incredibly fun m+ or whatever you’re doing XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD the point is to get people familiarized with the expansion, zones, characters etc. and if mythic etc. releases on day 1, a lot of people will just rush to do that
and, believe it or not - Blizzard cares about the lore and all these cinematics they make - they take time and effort and money so it would be stupid to let people skip all of that and just go to spamming m+ 5 seconds after the launch of the expansion
I am not retarded and I can completely understand where you’re coming from, but, just because you feel entitled and are bored after 5 minutes of gameplay of the actual game (which isn’t m+) is not the fault of the game itself, but your impatience.
