Somebody trade scammed me and its impossible to open a ticket why its so hard to open a ticket and get reply i dont understand that.
Nothing will happen, it’s your own fault for not paying attention. You won’t get your items/gold back.
Trying to get in touch with customer support these days is near impossible and if you do get in touch them, you will receive an automated response about how they will not help you
I heard you can get in touch with with a GM really fast if you say you are having an issue with payment.
Abusing the ticket system doesn’t help, especially when it’s not related to your ticket, and they can reassign your ticket back into the queue, if you’re doing that

Not sure when Blizz gave up on helping players, I can remember real in game GM’s
But they all got sacked and replaced with an auto system that is hot garbage
Just scream his name on your server all the time let everyone know he is a scum bag

Yeap Bobby wanted more yachts, so they shut down the 2 European offices and removed a ton of other people in the United States as well. All in the name of saving money, but yet they confirmed they had made millions in profits xD
All customer support, probably under a hundred of them, are all based in Austin, Texas. Hense why, some tickets now take weeks to even get a reply back from a real person. Now it’s all scripted/automated responses! Sad times!
Say you were having trouble changing payment method, but it was solved in the meantime. Then ask if you can talk about another issue. If yes, it’s a win. If no, oh well at least you tried.

Players have to lie about needing help with the only thing that can get a GM’s attention faster is mentioning payment issue’s
Suppose its more about making cash for your grand kids niece’s to these guys that run blizz
They fired their CS team now you get whatever they have no with copy and paste responses. Don’t listen to Canju… they used to be able to do something about it but that was when the game had Gamesmasters.
Go to achievement not granting or something like that to open a ticket, or open a ticket through the account page.

At the end of the day Mirnus, you should be aware they will do an investigation, check chat logs to see what you said, what they said.

I was very surprised when I saw 11 answers, it turned out that everyone was complaining about this problem.As far as I understand, players’ problems are no longer Bilizzard’s problem, except for payment problems. Anyway, there is nothing to do, thanks anyway.
Its like calling bad call center it says please press 2 and u cant ever reach into customer representative
I opened one on Thursday; on Friday I got the auto signpost message back , flagged it didn’t help then got a person responding and solving on Saturday. Felt like a lottery win:)

You can get in touch with them that way if you haven’t already yet.
They may be able to do something if its a profession related scam. Any other scams will not get you anything back but if they can verify a scam occured with chat happening on the Blizz platform they will penalise the scammer.
Trade scams have been a thing for 3 decades now, how are people still falling for these?
The entire support system is so badly designed that only one single linear path of following the links on screen leads to opening an actual ticket and once you describe the problem in detail it usually goes unresolved because you had to select an issue category which doesn’t perfectly match yours. This way your ticket always ends up in the wrong hands of someone who is clueless and uninformed on the matter so eventually you just grow tired of seeking help any further.
