I am leveling in the horde and the server is completely empty… any server that is not blocked to migrate and has population in the horde?

You could use free transfer to Thekal like most probably did ever since Blizzard offered it. The population there doesn’t seem too bad.

Yes jindo is about to be killed, use to transfer to thekal.

horde side had 16 players level 1-80 online when I checked earlier.
