Weekend looks good, Iām treating myself to some fish and chips for dinner, proper chip shop ones, as Iāve been a good boy with my money the last week. Then tonight got Drunk Chess with Girlface whoās popping over, Drunk chess is brilliant, every game starts off with us making studied, careful moves, and ends up just with a slaughterfest as if our chess pieces had machine gunsā¦no grace, no subtlety, every move is to kill another pieceā¦ āItās Glorious, but itās not Warā as they said about the Charge of the Light Brigadeā¦
Then tomorrow cowriting a short story with an internationally published author, each taking one chapter in turn Iām thrilled but unnerved that I may not live up to parā¦ (My godsā¦have I discoveredā¦humility? Is this what that human feeling is like?)
Saturday night I canāt do owt, only village pub is shut awaiting new management, lass is working early the next day, so we canāt go out to one of the nearer towns, so Iāll probably, Dunno, might catch up on some movies or might play WoW evenā¦
Sunday night Iāll be mostly shooting heretics in the face, whilst having to also be polite when we visit a Space-Japanese Princessā¦

Working till 10pm tonight unfortunately. No alcohol after work, as i ahve to take my youngest son to a college open day for 10am tomorrow and its a 45 minute drive there.

Well, now that I have seen it I can tell you Michael Myers is still a very lethal man. It is what one expects from the genre, rather gruesome and so on. My brother did not like it much, I thought it was a bit scary myself.
