Hey guys. My friends decided to move to Horde and I donāt want to stay alone on the Alliance (spamming battlegrounds with friends was the only way to keep myself sane, no way am I doing that solo). Iām torn between orc, tauren and Highmountain tauren. Any suggestions? Orc and tauren have the pale skin option which goes well with my current tranmog, but Highmountain have really cool customization as well. So hard to decide!
Iād go Orc, as I think they look far better in gear, compared to tauren.
I do like how they look, but Iāve a slight issue with how massive their shoulders are. And it seems that one shoulder is positioned far too much to the back, which is the exact same issue that draenei have. Great animations though. 
Look at tauren male, and their shoulder armor arent centered and slouched forward. Thatās why I refuse to play them.
Yes, seems both races have issue with shoulder positioning. That said, this transmog looks good on both normal and Highmountain tauren, though the issue with Highmountain tauren is the lack of pale skin option.
All in all, you should go with what you think is coolest.
Iād go with Highmountain over regular tauren - just for the āāRunicāā antlers.
Yes, Iām a huge fan of the antlers. And it seems thereās a pale color option for them as well. My main issue with them is the skin color, since all of them contrast the armor color drastically.
Itās unfortunate that the allied races didnāt get death-knight skin color options.
Thatās sometimes cool, imo.
Like, I pick standard orcs over Magāhar (despite having wanted them for years) just because they blend far too much together with the gear, while the green skin stands out.
Oh it can be cool for sure. Hmā¦Iāll have to think about it some more it seems. Thanks for the suggestions.

The antlers really work with that set (altho Iād use the black skin color).
