The boost needs to be L70 account wide, for all chars and for all races. Also needs to come with reasonable quality blue gear. Not epics but good blues and maybe get professions boosted to 300 along with it.
Looks like were also getting WOW tokens soon which is deffo a good thing IMHO but the boost does not go far enough.
I wonder how long it will be before we also get LFG and LFR tool? Most people would use them so no reason not to put them in.
Let’s face it. Not everyone has time to grind the epic flying mount and it gives such an unfair advantage for other players who have grinded classic for 2 years and amassed free gold from there to get it instantly. Time to put time limited exclusive epic flying mount on the BNET cash shop for $24,99
People are older now and have far less time to play this game. They have jobs, families and TV box sets to watch on Netflix.
People with free time have a literally HUGE advantage over those who do not have free time. Is it not time to narrow that gap in the name of fairness?
I’m going to make a truly radical suggestion here…
After paying your sub WoW Classic should engage a kind of autopilot mode, where it effectively plays for you! You don’t need to do anything - just install the game, pay your sub, and wait. Busy yourself with your favourite activities, go to work as normal, spend time with your family.
Log back in in six months and presto! You’re fully level capped, have a BIS item in every slot, max rep with all factions, honour capped, maxed arena rating and also a turtle mini pet.
With this amount of suggestions and introductions this game wont last long.
I understand the need of somechange but its going out of hand. The optimal balance is nochange 90% and some change to 10% like devs in D2 Classic trying to achieve.
When D2 comes i can finally take a break from seeing these hideous lizardmounts running around.
While I can certainly appreciate what my esteemed colleague Buul is wanting to achieve with his revolutionary ideas for Autopilot WoW I would be remiss if I did not point out a fundamental flaw in his arguments.
People who play WoW are required to own electronic devices, such as computers in order to play.
What about those people who do not own a computer? How can this be considered fair? It’s time to narrow the gap.
What I am suggesting is nothing less than a total paradigm shift within the whole manner in which we interact with videogames.
Presenting HEADWOW
No hardware or devices of any kind needed to participate.
All that’s required is your own imagination.
Imagine yourself defeating Illidan in the Black Temple - hold that thought within your mind - that thought is yours! Nobody can take it from you!
Imagine yourself ganking a Troll Shaman in Blade’s Edge Mountains… behold! You have a memory that is every bit as real and valid as that belonging to someone who was actually there.
Envision yourself running along a dusty road with your turtle minipet lolloping along behind you… BAM! There it is, perfect, preserved in your mind as if in amber.
While my learned friend makes many valid points in terms of access and inclusivity, there is (I feel) a critical oversight within his thinking which has clearly narrowed the focus of what would otherwise be a conceptually sound suggestion.
Catering for those without time, or computers is all very well - but there is another group. A group who are all-too often shunned by mainstream society. This group cannot enjoy the pass-times and quality of life fundamentals that so many of us take for granted.
I refer of course to dead people.
How can we expect our favourite MMO to bend over backward to cater for everyone… except… dead people?
The time has come to narrow the gap.
I wish to present an idea so groundbreaking that it is liable to crack the planet in two like a plate in a shooting gallery.
I present DEADWOW
At the terminus of our lives, when we can no longer function images of a person closely resembling yourself carrying out various WoW activities such as PvE, PvP, gold farming, minipet collecting in the hope of a special turtle minipet are glued to the lid of your coffin prior to burial,
I think its time for you and other ppl who think like you to stop playing video games or find different game.
MMO = time consuming.
If you don’t have time to play MMO = find a different game.
