Originally it was 12, then they updated it in 2007 to 8 but times change and i ask you to decrease them.
This has got to be the most boring instance i’ve done in WoW.

i mean its boring for you because you just spam seed as a warlock, but yes, even as prot pala i cant see myself running that crap for 6 more months till sunwell, kinda hope they release za soon so we at least we have a fun raid back into the mix
First : “Remove all trash it’s easy anyway”
Then : “Remove boss too i’ve cleaned Hyjal/BT several times already. Just give me a weekly chest of epic loots”
Finally : “Please, i don’t want to play the game, just let met create a fully T6 geared characters for 50$”

Hyjal is objectively boring compared to any raid content.
black morass is boring too so too is the dalaran dungeon. it’s a bad concept
The only difference : the trash mobs are coming to you instead of the opposite.
I’m pretty sure the amount of mobs in BT/Hyjal is the same.
It’s a different concept not a bad one.
the differences have big impacts. it’s basically like standing still in 3 different small areas. Like trying to cramp an entire raid into 3 rooms.
Having the game set the pace and decide which trash you have to kill along with the when and how is boring. As is the static nature of the instance.
It’s a bad concept when it is found boring by a much larger percentage of the playerbase
If you hear the playerbase everything which “take time” and which is not “competitive” is boring.
Then, you’ll hear “please release next phase we are bored”

You can’t go at your own speed, the raid decides on how fast you can go.
You’ll be hearing it soon anyway, because MH isn’t any fun.
It’s just waiting around for the next wave to come.
My bet is that ZA will be released in March (probably mid-March) and Sunwell in mid-May
This is one of those “with warts and all” moments that Blizzard mentioned, or the infamous “you think you do, but you don’t”.
Hyjal is boring AF, and I’ve already farmed BT for 6 months during original TBC, there’s a reason why I’m skipping the current raid content. If you don’t like it, just come back when ZA is released, save yourself a few monthly subscriptions.
People are complaining about the wrong thing, the abitrary 5 minutes+ wait any time you wipe is what costs people who are progressing.
how about a vendor with free epics?

Whats so bad about the waves? Its rep and free epics at best? Hyjal only takes like 80minutes if even.

Phase 3 + 4 are basically the same content tier and it will last till June. Then we will get Sunwell for 3,5-4 months Wrath prepatch in early october and Wrath Classic in late October 2022. Thus would be done to line it up with end of Classic SoM.
80 min is alot of time for people who come back to McDonalds to do the childrens maze on the back of the tray paper faster and faster every week. Especially knowing that they spent weeks in there on PTR - when it ment even less than nothing - practising the very same mazes in order to get a head start … Nothing says “I like to spend my time efficient” than that!

Hm if you go to their spawnpoint you kind of speed them up if your group is good enough.
