I've lost my transmog I bought

So I bought the new transmog and I also bought 6 month sub to get the backpack with the murloc in it, I checked the store again and again it says “You already own this item”

The Celestial observer’s ensemble
and the Baby Murloc Satch-shells

I made a ticket about it and it says 5 days…anyone else been taken what you bought from their store :D? cause this made me upset…ngl.
