Ive used a dk since end of cata and beginning of MOP, and i just loved frost dk, i seriously loved it, it was quick,fun and surprisingly rewarding. Being a frost dk meant something, and if you knew how to play it good, you could do serious damage, i was a PVP player, and i always did great in pvp with my frost dk.
In BFA, what blizzard did to frost dks is almost criminal in my opinion, you do low damage, you have no mobility and your self healing is also useless. You literally have no strengths anymore, the āMainā damage talent is literally useless in pvp, because it can be kited by anyone older then 5 and you have no way to circumvent it. You also move like a snail and have no way to do anything about it.
So i rerolled, after 8 years of playing as a dk, i changed to warrior , and i have to say Fury warrior is literally everything Frost DK is not, it does more damage, has better self heal, much more mobility and can tank easily. So yea, i really feel bad, but this is how it is now, thank you Blizzard for destroying one of the most memorable classes in WoW, thank you very much.
Frost is terrible, infact, when i face frost as my warrior i dont even use some talents because i know it wont even be required for that class. Unholy from what ive heard is decent, but the problem is, its a c ompletely different playstyle then frost, so i didnt like it and i know many frost that doesnt either.
BBUUTTTā¦ unh is so much better atm, new revamped talents are so good. u will basicly always run abom and necrotic strike talents for pvp, and then a 3rd acording to situations.
u do require stacking lots of haste then versa
magus interation with abom also makes the talent even stronger, im currently running 3 magus, 2 festermights and 1 cankerous wounds
My main Problem as Frost Dk is, say conclave hero, is use my opener to get bos working, and 3 sec after i pop it i get hex or tank runs away like an idiot and the whole fight is crap. Where other classes still do dmg i wait till bos is up again, every fight where a random stun or hex or movement is frost dk is crap.
i stopped after āself heal Alain uselessā. I can understand the first two despite I donāt agree. But useless self heal? Lol. How possible someone can be that bad at this game
Actually today I almost got blew away
with bos. The guy was hitting me for 8k per tick. But I agree bos is meh even though u wonāt get instant cc every time u poped bos with Lichbourne right now.
Heās refering to pve, conclave is the 5th boss in bod. Bos is pretty much undisputed as best there, but as you said about mage kiting it, the same issues come up in pve, mechanics or tank movement costs alot of dps.
Itās been a constant askance that bos be reduced and the damage redistributed outside that cd, which would not only help the other talents in that row, it would also help the pvp side.
And ppl still say this game isnāt dead. Devs canāt just buff two specs (frost and feral) for a year. Just buff dmg in pve and balance it around pvp. How hard is that?

And no, not as mage. Cyrillic canāt be hard but it still says lvl110 obviously a twink.
Actually itās not big deal. Just wait for mage to waste his blink and thatās all. He wonāt get them quick with delirium, heartstop aura. He canāt root you while lichborne, he canāt hex/root youhim while ams.
Because rotation is 1-2-3 and itās boring af. At least in legion bdk was immortal and was doing great dmg. I remember that 1 time when I went to blackrook arena to do WQ and Iāve got 10stacks, which reduced my healing by (letās say) 75%, but I still was able to take ppl 1v3.
The best tank in a game atm is paladin. Maybe not in terms of numbers, but things you can do in your group with all that utility. Everytime I open āhealing doneā I enjoy seeing that Iāve healed 60-70% of the actual healerās amount. And all those seals that you have make this class so interesting. What bdk has in terms of being fun spec? You know the answer. This idiots couldāve at least left that artifact aoe ability and make it more powerful, so leech buff would apply to everyone near you in 10 yards. Why not? Same reason why they removed 10% raid buff to healing from mages. Fun expansion, no doubts.
