Greetings Azerothians.
So today i finally obdained the achievement called “Glory of the Delver” and got the Ivoy Goliathus mount.
I have to say, beautiful mount, i absolutely love him lol!
It just have a few slight flaws.
First of, when we use Skyrding, it doesn’t show the wind around the mount, which indicate how fast we are flying.
Secondly, the flying skyriding sound effect suits a typical winged animals like birds or dragons. But this huge bug with armored little wings, it just doesn’t really goes well together.
So i’m trying to say, would be nice if these types of mounts had their own flying sound effect. Something, that suits their look more accurately.
And lastly, the flying animation also isn’t very good. It looks kinda “buggy”, actually the normal flying mode is how these bugs actually fly in real life more likely, instead of the “gliding” through the air like we have now with skyriding.
It’s a beautiful mount, but it needs more work.
