Yesterday we tried to summon Ivus in AV. We did everything by the book, delivered the quest and the stone appeared. 15 players clicked on it and nothing happened. Then we tried again with more people, still nothing. We stayed there for at least 10 minutes summoning but Ivus has not appeared.
Did we do something wrong?
Did Horde killed any of the druids? 
Nope. Everything went by the book, just the summon took forever, so we gave up after 10 minutes.
It can’t be bugged cause about 1 week ago we summoned him and all was good and horde got stomped
the ritual has had problems since 2014. Dont know if its a fault on blizz part or something happened like ritual disturbed, druid missing, stealther disrupting a druid etc but they couldnt summon him today, but did yesterday.
No, you did nothing wrong. this bug is as old as Alterac itself. In some Alteracs you can summon the lords, in others not.
if you get this bug on alliance, then you can be sure, that the horde has the same bug. i had it in a few Alteracs, that both sides tried to summon the lords, but nothing happened on both sides.
