Jailer pre fight cinematic huge oversight

I just realised by watching the video again where the Jailer uses the forge of souls to transfer azerite from Azeroth to him, that at one point it goes throught icecrown citadel to Torghast.

You can clearly see at one point the power going from ICC to an intact torghast.

EXCEPT when fighting sylvanas she " Chains all players with Domination Chains, then casts Rive, destroying the tower itself.

So Sylvanas destroyed the top of the tower, and now its intact?

How is something like this even possible?

Same logic as the guardian of the first ones was pulled by Jailer from zereth mortis, plot holes and cheap storytelling.
