Jaina must die soon enough

Jaina it’s finally back and she grows as character . It’s gonna be really not ok to die now.

Counting since launch? OK, Nazgrim, Garrosh, Rastakhan, Vol’jin, Zaela, Tagar, Teron, Zuluhed, Zul’jin, Kargath, Cairne, Kael’thas (supposed to be blood elves leader), Thrall (deleted himself between legion, bfa and WoD), Dranosh Saurfang and many more

Hey op Maybe u Wana delete alliance in full and just play world of belf craft?
Treating alliance as second rate for 7 years or so isn’t enough for u?

Tyrande dying Could potentially bring Illidan back. That would be interesting indeed.

In all it would not be strange that more Horde prominents are dying in battle, due to their tribal nature, aggression and obsession with honour and dying in glorious combat… ofc this is not every race, but still.

Hey you!

Don’t kill any alliance Characters! You guys forgot that Jaina is part of the Kirin Tor which as the most powerful mages in Azeroth!

Tyrande and Malfurium is the couple which is some kind godish, she is my queen and he is my “Druid” the guy who I follow for religion purposes!

Varian is the Alliance leader!

I would like that Baine become the new Horde leader. I really hate how they turned Sylvanas from a respectful High elf into this monster, she does not represent the horde principles!

I think Baine does and he should really become the horde leader.

I’m going to get unpopular within my own faction now…

But I say, lets kill Manduin! It is time that the leadership of the Alliance swaps hands! Horde had their fair share of warchiefs swapped out, now it’s our time!
It is BORING that it’s the human who sits on all the power, and I don’t personally really care who takes over… We just need some action, intrique and drama on the alliance side, other than “Oh the Horde attacked for the 14th year in a row, lets go push them back”

imo the best possible Alliance leader is more cunning, tactical mathias shaw.

I think its fair to assume its not normal to be expected that the horde gasses their own troops and raise them like the lich king would

The alliance leaves back people to create openings too, it’s the same method, but different execution.

What’s worse leaving your people at the mercy of your enemies to create an opening for yourself, or having your people blow up with the enemies.

Both are horrible, and both are viable tactics in a supposed all out war for survival.

Sylvannas is totally justified here imo, sure her method sounds uglier, but the Alliance one is just as bad if not worse.

He was king of the Zandalari. He was not a ‘Horde’ character, just like Talanji technically wasn’t for quite a while, other than Rasta allowing us inside Zandalari walls and Talanji technically serving as a Zanda/Horde emissary.

It was clear as crystal from the word go that Talanji would become the leader and Rastakhan was going to be the plot device, as clear as day since he accepted Bwonsamdi’s deal, or even since his introduction seeing as his interaction with the Horde was minimal.

If you want to get technical, neither Talanji nor the Zandalari joined the Horde ‘officially’ until Rastakan died, so you can stop pretending like the Horde ‘lost a leader’ as it was more for Zandalari-story purpose rather than any actual Horde purpose.

And no, we don’t need eye-for-an-eye story telling as far as leadership numbers go. That is the fastest track towards predictability as you can get. “X faction lost someone? Uh oh, better axe someone on the other side to maintain ‘balance’.”

Horde still has no Troll leader since Vol’Jin’s death. Horde (technically) has no Orc leader either with Saurfang MIA and not (officially) in that position to start with. Baine is now imprisoned (though it’s obvious he won’t be going anywhere any time soon). All Sylvanas needs to do now is throw Gallywix into a gally and make Lor’themar “a fine corpse” (SoO) and she’ll be the all-powerful Horde only leader of any relevance… But of course, that won’t happen either.

Nobody would care so long as the stories being told were engaging and meaningful. Having said that, we’re dealing with a player-base who’s default (mass) reaction is to throw around words like ‘traitor’ any time some moral grey area crops up, so I suppose dumbing it down to tit-for-tat leadership number-balancing might placate those people.

Oh yes, I would love that!

It sounds to me like you are asking for this for no other reason except because Horde have had more deaths.

It’s important to keep in mind that if everything was mirrored on both sides we’d essentially just have two identical factions reskinned.

‘Balance’ does not equal good story.

All may die but not MY KING. The gnomes have suffered enough at the hands of the less intelligent!!

They did it with Garrosh, they can do it with Jaina

Oh, I’m sorry, who nuked Gnomereggan again? As far as I recall it was your very same High Tinker Mekkatorque who ordered the flood of radiation that wiped out about 80% of the Gnomish population!

Maybe not as tragic as the High/Blood Elves but at least they didn’t go, “Oh, this’ll work” and then promptly genocided themselves!

Careful who you call less intelligent, Short Stack! After all, those in highly irradiated houses shouldn’t throw stones! :grinning:

(But seriously though, good grief, can the story writers just stop with the Alliance plot armour? Jaina survived to set up the “IS HE THE BOMB!?” epic line but Mekkatorque had no right in surviving. Can we stop diminishing every Horde accomplishment? Never happens when it’s the Alliance!)

Jaina’s had a pretty rough deal of it, all things considered.

Uhhhhm, didn’t you mess Mekkatorque and Thermaplugg who had created leper gnomes? Cause yeah, Gelbin flooded radiation but it was plan of Thermaplugg
