Would make the story way more predictable than what it already is. Oh no, a Horde character died, now we will lose one Alliance character. Wonder who it’s going to be. That’s not good writing at all, and deaths most certainly don’t have to be equalized.

Thermaplugg’s idea but Mekkatorque pulled the trigger. He had the power not to do it. Clearly he didn’t have the smarts to consider the consequences.

I’m pretty sure I remember them saying we wont see Sylvanas as a raid boss and it’s not like we actually got to defeat Jaina, she ran off. I don’t think either of them are going to die.

Of course she wont. For 10 years Alliance lost only Varian and that was overall necessary. Elsewhere, the legion would look like pathetic. They just do not like to kill the ally heroes.

Yes orc or troll need to be leader of the horde and for the alliance gnomes or dwarves.

One of the very sad things in this game is we don’t get to see characters do badass things to each other.

It’s always a stalemate.

Why can’t we have a death match between two of them, why does everything happen in an anticlimactic way and usually ends with nothing happening.

We never saw a single horde character brutalize an Alliance one, nor did we see an Alliance one do to the Horde ( Current main characters )

The farthest we’ve seen was the Sylvannas vs Gen which ended stupidly.

How could you ever bring yourself to ask for the death of Jaina Proudmoore? That’s the worst thing I have ever heard anyone ask for. If the Horde would behave, maybe we didn’t kill you like flies.

But once again. Jaina came close enough. She cannot die. She must not die! Azeroth will burn without her - and I’ll make sure of it.

Jaina’s mother is more likely to die i’d have thought, maybe at the hand of Derek.

It would be nice for the Horde to get some payback for Dazar’alor and Dalaran. Jaina is the Alliance’s most over powered character and she’s already escaped justice once before.

That said I doubt it’ll happen. Not when they can still merchandise her.

This is so true. I’d love to see a leader totally stomp another. Even if it doesn’t result in a death. The humiliation would be enough.

Let’s spice it up a bit, its getting a bit stale in this regard

They don’t have to be equal, but it is still bad, if one side loses too many heroes… horde had almost no representation in Legion and it only gets worse, if all our heroes die, while almost all the alliance heroes stay alive

if only the horde leaders die all the time, the story becomes as predictable, as it would be, if there was balance…
