In the case she were to die without an heir, her younger brother Tandred could become Lord Admiral, or perhaps the new Lady Waycrest or Lord Stormsong. Kul Tiras isn’t exactly a monarchy and the leaders of the other main noble houses in the royal council can ascend to the throne.
Either way, rest assured that the future of our glorious Kul Tiras is assured, especially with the might of the world’s finest fleet at our command.
So how do people stop ageing by magic in wow btw?
If they use time magic to stop their cells from dying, how do they heal then? And will the cells not be damaged if affected by magic?

Basically, it’s a fantasy setting and such details don’t need to make sense.
