So why does committing one ridiculous feat pass as an explanation for committing another unrelated ridiculous feat
It passes as an explanation why a ridiculous fear doesn’t need explanation. And anyway it’s far from being a ridiculous feat in a franchise where a banshee can literally turn god flying mode when she needs to.
Continuity exists to enhance a story, not to tie the hands of creators!
