Can someone give him a talk or something? I’ve done the intro quests for legion, got me artifact and so on, but he is still following me around and asks me for help, i think he has early signs of dementia, the poor panda

Click him and take the quest, he’ll leave you alone afterwards.
ive done it long ago, but he is still there even after a week

Know issue after race/faction change involving Pandaren. You need to make a ticket to have a GM look into it.
I haven’t made a race change, i leveled him

I’m currently having the issue, but keep getting stuck in the endless loop of queries when trying to open a ticket to a GM. I’d really appreciate it if someone could fix the issue 
if the claimed current state of Blizzard CS (or lack of it) I doubt a GM can do anything other than tell you to report is a bug. Least you will have always have some company in Orgrimmar now.

As you might have guessed from the age of this topic, this is a known issue that’s been around for some time and we have a support article for it here:
It’s not something Game Masters would be addressing for individual cases, but rather we’re currently waiting for a proper bug fix by the devs.
While the current goal is 11.1, that could very well change depending on other priorities, but I hope it can be addressed eventually!
