It is currently impossible to kill Jin’do the Godbreaker to get transmog from him. Upon transition to phase 2, he disappears with out any chains or Spirit warriors spawning, endlessly spawning shades and bombing my character. It’s not possible to leave or reset without dying or teleporting out.

You are right and wrong.
The warrior spirits are spawning (did you killed all four of them before the fight?).
But the chains are not appearing, making it still impossible to finish boss
