Bugged talent. Doesn’t apply dots anymore and only causes curses to cost a shard.

So same bug from pre-patch before midnight launch is somehow back. Nice to see the billion dollar company putting my money on good use.
You know then that current build is based on that build.
I’ve seen many Afflis didn’t play it anyway before so I’m not sure if it’s a big loss. Isn’t Soul Swap better in the current state of Affli?
