Jinx+COE and immunity to slow

The Jinx PvP talent is undoubtedly good, but it has a huge problem when used with Curse of Exhaustion against melee enemies who are immune to snare effects and slow as you well know: not only is the curse not applied, not only are Agony and Corruption not applied , but we even lose a soul shard as well as a global CD.

I think it’s really too heavy to have a triple penalty like that. The solution is very simple: in the case of an enemy who is immune to slowdowns, just do not apply the curse but at least apply Agony and Corruption. It’s true that weakness can be used to avoid everything, but it’s not a solution.

What other solutions you have for this problem?

u dont use slow curse on melee,u have WA and addons that tracks their buffs

The problem is that in rated BG it is very difficult to see whether a target is immune to slow or not. It often happens that you use the curse and in the meantime the melee uses the anti slow ability and you don’t have the time to prevent from cursing it

Is unimproved Weakness still worth for melee? In any case, for me it could also be that if a target is immune it doesn’t apply either curse or DOTs, but at least it doesn’t lose the soul shard as well since we already lose a global CD as well

thats why u use weakness on them,and tounge on evokers
