No but …for example when you are playin since day 1 season its lot easier to build your RIO because many good players play with you…over time those players move to higher keys and new one join low keys
For example my friend is 2100 rio becuase he is pushin since day one he is like 100+ dungeons 15 keys 
I never cared about pushin my keys cause im more oriented towards goal…and high rio number was never my goal but the pretty mount was
so my M+ experience ended like 2 months ago if i was pushin more now im somewhere around 1,9 maybe 2k but i don’t know why should i push higher keys when there is no reward behind …i know its a prestigious thing and only if you like challange but still i like challange but there’s need to be reward for that

Not everyone is timing 23+. A few hundred people are timing 23+. Over a million people are still iffy about 15s, or will never even attempt a 15.

but why dont you invite decent players who time m+20+ keys? or are you trying to say that the m+ player base is made up of crappy players?
i mean its your key, its your responsibility who you invite…so if you invite people who time +17 keys to your +19/20 key then thats kind of on you.
I am just calling OUCH on my +17’s with a solid group i play for over 4 years with (since legion) 
But we are probably not decent players in anyway. Despite the amount of time we spend on it.

Yes, but Raider .io is also not good at measuring the actual number. Because it doesn’t take into count all players, just those who’ve been measured at one point or another by te rio addon.
yeah, if there were plenty of people running m20s then the tool would be littered with those keys, yet the most keys are just below +15 or slightly above +15. 
but definitely not 20-23.

I don’t think you need rio addon for it.
rio just scans your character from Blizzard API not by a addon like warcraft logs.
Think the being late parts in your head OP. 19+ you’ll 100% be getting armoury checked, and unfortunately BM isn’t (hunter in general) a meta class. The problem with hunter, is why bring one with mage/boom? Both being pretty much everything a hunter can, and have uncapped AoE. There’s no doubt you’d be fine, and might top damage but it is what is is.

So, you’re saying that, even though it’s limited just to M+ and raiding, Rio has a more accurate database than anything we can see online? Well that sux.
On Wowhead you need to register your character on rio no. So yes rio have a bigger database than other anything we can see online, as long the character is scanned to be updated.

Never liked M+, because I have no group of friends to play it with. I am no one’s favorite person… except my niece, who actively seeks me out ingame ;<
You have a guild just try to find some nice people from there.
People go crazy every time challenging solo content is added to the game. Just look at the recently discovered mount that requires you to solo heroic Plaguefall. Straight away people are complaining that they cannot complete it on their 200 ilvl characters and they curse Blizzard for designing content that they are not able to complete straight away.
It is also not doable on a 224 ilvl holy paladin. Or maybe i would be able to do it as venthyr with ashen. But i am not complaining. I am not a collector anyway. The hour of trying was fun though.
You could always respec to prot and breeze through it if you want the mount.
