Any explanations from Blizzard yet? Was it a bug on Oceanic servers or bug not starting in EU?
No, they messed up. US also has the buff now when it hit 10 am. We should have gotten it after OCE at 10 am this morning.
or seeing as we always get things a day after we will get it tomorrow at 10

Or they really messed up, as it went live 10am Monday morning on Oceanic servers, its just gone live 10am Monday morning EST on NA servers, tell me what happened at 10am Monday morning on EU servers?
That doesn’t make sense this time, since OCE is ahead of us and the US is behind.
They are the same server cluster, have the asian servers goten it?
Just like Russian servers are on the same cluster as the EU servers the OCE servers are on the same cluster as the US servers, they most likely had a time based event for when it kicks of and as always we get it the day after.
No it went live 10am monday morning server time on the Oceanic servers, early hours of the morning for us, its just gone live 10am monday morning server time on the east coast NA servers, so we got skipped
We are not on the same servers as they are, if you go in and look in the server list you can see german, french, english and I think russian (might have spanish as well) if you play on the US servers you will see (if I remember it right) East coast, West coast and Oceania. Oceania usually get their patches and things at super bad times because they are on the same cluster as the US servers, but if they put in that something should go out at xx:xx server time they will get it first because they are in that cluster.
I got server and local time mixed up, it went live on the Oceanic servers at 10am monday morning theirlocal time, their timezone is ahead of us, its just gone live on NA east coast servers at 10am monday morning their local time, their timezone is behind us, we got skipped.
Forgot to turn it on for EU today? Both Oceania and NA has it now…

But we always get everything a day after the US, and with OCE being on the same server cluster as the US they do have their own server time though so if a event have a start time of lets say 10 in the morning on the monday on the US servers every server in that cluster will at 10 in the morning server time get the event. If they went by time zone we should get every patch ahead of the US but we get them a day after. I dont know why its so hard for people to grasp how this works.

I dont get why its so hard for people to see that a buff going live at 10am local time in one region and then going live at 10am in another region, but SKIPPING the region inbetween, shows that some one messed up. The reason we get patches a day behind NA is because their maintenance is on a tue and ours a wed, this has nothing to do with patches.

We have our ZA reset a day after, we have all our things a day after and you think its odd that we get something a day after, once again have the Asian servers gotten it yet? No? then they havent skipped us stop being such a drama queen, if you cant stand to wait another day I would suggest maybe you should take a break from WoW all together.

I’m guessing it’s worth just completeing quests for now and handing them all in when we get the buff?

Is it? I mean you can hold 25 of them but they’re usually part of a chain. The extra travel time to pick up new quests to fill the log with, doesn’t seem to be worth the effort in general.
If you can find some simple ‘one-shot’ quests or on the end of the chain, i’d definitely keep those if you’re above level 40. NA, seems to have gotten the buff now as well.
