It is an issues ofc. Thereās something called Warcraftlogs that analyze your performance and give you a ranking, so -5% damage than class X affect everyone else because you compete against all people.

Well alliance has a plethora of fun jumps to take advantage of as well.
In the room next to flag room with the ramp. You can do a jump up to the ceiling. Very hard to get up there if you donāt know the jump so if a flag carrier is sitting there they rarely die.
