Jumping Bug causes coins flying out of me

Hello i have found a problem that when my Friend jumps they spam gold coins everywhere and we cant find out why. Is there anyway to fix this or is it a bug please help

Hey Reaperdan,

Could you take a screenshot of what you see and share that with us here, so we can have a look into that? I’ve not noticed this myself, or seen similar reports.

Note that it could be an addon playing tricks as well, see if it continues to happen after going through the steps to clear your UI (addons).

Sadly not a addon as both me Dan and Thy see it and can hear it and please tell me how i can add a photo as im new to this :smiley:

Aye this is my character that the coins are coming out off. i have no clue why this is happening, the only addons i have is the role playing one and deadly boss mode

Please do go through the steps to clear your UI (addons) though, just to make sure. If that still does not help out, please take a few more screenshots of the effect you see. I can’t see any gold coins in the screenshot you provided previously.

Kie just found the gold coins on the floor there. Are you able to pick the coins up (thinking of the Big Bag of Booty effect), and does the issue persist after dying?

Ah yes, I can see that clearly now. Could you ask your friend to do an Arena Skirmish as well, and see if the effect persists afterwards? If your character dies, it most often does clear most debuffs, but not all. Doing an Arena Skirmish will forcibly remove any others that might be stuck.

Just noticed you are wearing the Coinage Stampers on your Death Knight. They do indeed cause that special effect when landing :slight_smile:.

Had the same problem, was driving me nuts not knowing where the sound and coins came from :o Sadly we’ll just have to live with it until we get something better :confused:
